समर गाथा उस इतिहास की कहानी है जो किताबों में नहीं, लोगों की यादों में ज़िंदा है। यह 1946 की रॉयल इंडियन नेवी के उन युवा नौसैनिकों की दास्तान है जिन्होंने हथियार नहीं, हौसले उठाए और ब्रिटिश हुकूमत की नींव हिला दी। यह सिर्फ़ विद्रोह नहीं, आज़ादी की आख़िरी चिंगारी थी - जिसे दबाया गया, भुलाया गया, पर मिटाया नहीं जा सका।
