Whilst performing the acts of prayer might not be the most difficult task, keeping one's concentration and focus during it is very challenging for most people. In this valuable lecture, Sayed Mohammed Baqer Al-Qazwini shares with us many preparatory tips that will aid us in achieving such concentration, which is a critical condition for the acceptance of prayer all together.
Such tips include various physical, spiritual and psychological dimensions that many of us are neglectful in looking at. We also learn about the significance of certain prayer acts like the Takbeer, reciting Surah Al-Fatiha, bowing (ruku'u) and prostration (sujood).
