Part 2: Matcha Mornings & Sunset Skies
Day two in Melbourne begins the best way possible — with a creamy matcha and a delicious breakfast, fuelling us for another full day of adventures. We take a stroll down Collins Street, admiring the endless displays of pastries and sweet creations that make it impossible to choose just one.
Next stop: Chadstone Shopping Centre — the largest in the Southern Hemisphere — where we shop, snack, and (maybe) lose track of time exploring everything it has to offer. Lunch is a comforting spread of Chinese noodles and dumplings, the perfect pick-me-up before chasing the afternoon glow at St Kilda Pier.
As the sun sets, the moment turns magical — solo artists rap about mental health, their words echoing over the waves, reminding us of connection and presence. We end the night at Docklands Steak House, toasting to good food, good friends, and another perfect Melbourne day.
