250g Nawa (Beans)
500g Phonda (Ground nuts)
600g Thuvhule (Samp)
250g Sugar Beans
410-415g milled/crushed Peanuts
1-2 Tbsp Course Salt (to taste)
5L Water in total
Time
12-24 hours of Soaking
5h30min to 6h00 cooking (while adding water when needed)
10-15 min (after adding in the peanuts)
Set over night
