The History of I-35E North Stemmons, the Current Status, and Why it is Taking so Long!

Today we take a look at Interstate 35E, specifically between Interstate 635 and US Highway 380. It's been almost thirty years since planning has started on this section of I-35 East and yet it is nowhere close to being finished. Today we take a look at it and try to explain why that is.
