A day in Verona

We took the train to Verona. We went on the regional train to Venice Mestre and then changed trains on to Verona. Verona is a walkable city. However, given that we were catching the 3:22 pm. train back, we opted to take the City Sightseeing hop-on hop-off tour. The cost was 25 euro each for 24 hours and 2 routes. It was the best decision as we had enough time to enjoy a relaxing lunch in front of the Verona arena and then go on the second tour.
Verona is a beautiful city. You could easily spend more than one day there if you enjoyed museums, dining, and sightseeing. There are many romanesque churches, beautiful piazzas, and Roman structures. Verona is a Unesco city.
