X-TREME REALTIME Calorie BURNING and Strength PYRAMID workout

Totally different format than many of my previous challenges, but this one will NOT disappoint! Actually got the inspiration for this from Jennifer, who is one of my followers on Facebook! She had the idea of a decreasing rep workout and I tweaked it a bit and came up with this REP workout!!
For each pair of exercises below, you will start with 10 reps of one, then do 10 reps of the other and keep going back and forth between those two moves from 10, 9, 8 reps until you reach 1 rep of each. RIGHT after do 200 skips on the rope (I am using my Crossrope Explode rope which is .75lb). After the 200 skips, move onto the second pair of moves. Follow each completed 10 rep pyramid with the 200 skips or 200 high knees.
You will need:
Jump Rope
Step or Box
Set of Dumbbells
Mat
Equalizers, pull up bar or weights to do rows/pull ups
Sliders or paper plates
This took me about 45 minutes. REST when needed AFTER you complete each set of 200 skips and before moving onto the next pair.
SET 1: Box Jumps and Reverse Pull ups/rows
SET 2: Jump Lunges and Chest to Deck Burpees
SET 3: Toe Taps and Staggered Spiderman Push Ups
SET 4: Mt. Climbers and DB Thrusters
SET 5: In/Out on Sliders and Alternate Single Leg Raises
Just as an example: For the first set (and remaining), the set up will go like this....
10 reps Box Jumps
10 reps Reverse Pull ups
9 reps Box Jumps
9 reps reverse pull ups
8 reps box jumps
8 reps reverse pull ups
7 reps box jumps
7 reps reverse pull ups
6 reps box jumps
6 reps reverse pull ups
5 reps box jumps
5 reps reverse pull ups
4 reps box jumps
4 reps reverse pull ups
3 reps box jumps
3 reps reverse pull ups
2 reps box jumps
2 reps reverse pull ups
1 rep box jumps
1 rep reverse pull up
200 Skips JUMP ROPE!!!
