Vanlife - OVERNIGHT CHAOS in what we thought was a quiet Spanish village!

We thought we’d found a quiet overnight parkup in the peaceful village of La Isla, Asturias… but we were very wrong! 😅 What started as a calm motorhome stop on our Northern Spain road trip quickly turned into the most chaotic night we’ve ever had on the road.

In the middle of the night, we were woken by car headlights, horns blasting, and a full-on laser show beaming over the top of the motorhomes. It turned out we had accidentally parked right in a village just starting their Fiestas. The once-empty parking area filled up fast and we found ourselves completely blocked in by cars and campers.

If that wasn’t enough, the next night brought fireworks, music, and a full concert that lasted all night – chaos for us and our poor dogs, but an unforgettable experience!
