[MKW] Wiimmfi Hacker Report #1

This hacker (Edna Mode) I found while playing some races on my alt that were supposed to be used as background footage for the Q/A (sorry for the delay) but I needed to get this person banned.They were using infinite bullet bill hacks to try to hit the other racers and beat them unfairly. I just want to say that hackers like these make races so bad for everyone else and really ruins the worldwide for everyone else who just wants to race.
