i dont really have much else to say so im just gonna write my experience with this boss, even if nobody's gonna read this
i was VERY underprepared for this battle: i was around level 30, which means that i was around 20 levels lower than dialga and i had used up the 4 or so revive seeds i had brought on temporal tower: this meant that i needed to beat dialga underleved with 0 reviver seeds. even worse for me was that i got turtwig in the personality quiz, which cant learn any super-effective moves against dialga: luckily i knew how to cheese the game because turtwig can learn bullet seed: while i brought all the reviver seeds i could, i had brought a lot of stun seeds and sleep seeds: combining these three together, i made a strategy to beat dialga while being this underprepared (because i didnt know you could go back): i threw a vile seed (the one that drops defense), stun dialga, eat a violent seed (the one that boosts attack), go all the way down (along with my partner so he doesnt die) and i just spam sleep seeds and bullet seed. bullet seed may seem really bad because dialga takes 0.25x damage from grass moves but it still did 70 damage with each hit so eventually i got through dialga's titanic amount of health. near the end it got pretty close to killing me tho
ps whenever i died i reset the game so i wouldnt lose my items
is it cheating? yes
does it make the game way more fun? yes


you could say this is dialga's "adofaight" to the finish
