Hector's '3 ingredient' Fruit Cake.
This cake is:
Sugar free
Lactose free
Fat free
Egg free
Nut free
Also free from yeast, soy and seafood.
No artificial colours or flavours.
Hector's Fruit Cake
1kg mixed dried fruit
2 cups hot water (+ 2 teabags)
2 cups self-raising flour
