一方的に祝われるのではなく、幸せを分かち合う ♾️

幸せは外から与えられるものじゃなくて、
自分の内側から溢れ出て、
それをみんなと分かち合うもの

自分が今ここに生きていること。
あなたが存在してくれていること。

人にどれだけ祝ってもらえるかではなく、自分で逢いたい人に逢いに行く、待たずにみんなの笑顔をゲットしに行く誕生日がひたすらに楽しかった。

今までの人生で一番満ちていると感じた誕生日でした。

生きとし生けるすべてのものへ、今日を生きてくれてありがとう。

In Kerala, there’s a beautiful tradition where the birthday person treats others, offering food and sweets to share the joy.

It’s not about being celebrated one-sidedly,
but about letting happiness flow outward.

Happiness isn’t something given from outside.
It overflows from within,
and then we share it with the people around us.

The fact that I am alive here, now.
The fact that you exist.

I went to meet the people I wanted to see,
walking toward smiles with my own steps.
It made this birthday purely joyful. 🌼

It was the most fulfilling birthday I’ve ever experienced.

To all living beings 💐 thank you for living today.
