Stealth SUV Camping

Eggnog Recipe: 
Ingredients: 6 egg yolks, 2 cups milk, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4 tsp salt (I used baker's fine kosher salt)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the egg yolks and sugar. whisk them together until consistency is smooth.
2. In a saucepan, combine the milk, whipping cream, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk together (slowly).
3. place the saucepan over medium-high heat. Just before it begins to boil, turn off the heat. remove saucepan from the stovetop and allow it to cool for five minutes.
4. slowly add the hot milk mixture to the whipped egg mixture, a little at a time, allowing the eggs to adjust to the temperature gradually. whisk vigorously while adding the milk mixture.
5. once the milk and egg mixtures are thoroughly combined, pour everything back into the saucepan. heat the mixture until it reaches a temperature of 160 - 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, remove the saucepan from the heat, and allow it to cool completely.
6. Strain the cooled eggnog into a bottle, and chill it.
7. Enjoy!
