This week's BronxTalk reviews the recent victory tenants had over a Kingsbridge Terrace landlord who they say has been overcharging them for years. Edward Garcia, the Co-Organizing And Development Director Of NWBCCC, and Juan Nunez, the organization’s Lead Armory Organizer, talked with host Gary Axelbank about the State's ruling that ordered the landlord to repay tenants for the overcharges and offered long term solutions to other Bronx residents who find themselves in similar situations with their landlords.
