besan 1cup
ginger garlic paste 3tbsp
red chilli powder 1tbsp
yellow chilli powder 1tbsp
garam masala powder 1tsp
ajwain Powder half tsp
Chaat masala half 1tsp
haldi powder half tsp
oil for frying

for Chutney
yellow chilli powder 1tbsp
amchur powder 1tbsp
ginger garlic paste half tsp
Black salt half tsp
salt to taste
half cup water
