The Durban North region of KwaZulu-Natal has experienced a remarkable surge in property development and economic growth over the last 25 years, a lot of this was largely catalyzed by the establishment and expansion of this place the Gateway Theatre of Shopping. Although not the only thing, this retail and commercial space transformed the landscape and it set the stage for a wave of other multi-billion-rand property and real estate investments to become a reality, all this made the north of Durban area a highly sought-after destination for residents and investors alike.
