The silver and porcelain treasures of the German Prussian House of Hohenzollern are exhibited at Charlottenburg Palace in Berlin. About 600 precious items allow visitors to understand the culture and life of the Prussian court.
The court collection includes historic tableware such as gold, silver, glass and porcelain. Some 100 pieces of court tableware survive, some intact, reflecting the fashions, culinary preferences, and ceremonial customs of court tables during the Baroque and Historicist periods.
