Whether you are an experienced developer or not, all new projects should be "appraised", to ensure all the figures stack up, and so knowing your way around a development appraisal is vital.
I'll not only show you why it's such an important document for all developers, but I'll also show you a blank copy, and go through this document row by row, so that you can get to grips with all the information you will need to produce one yourself, and more specifically, produce one to the standard we need to get development finance for your property project.
