YOSEMITE WINTER WONDERS

We are proud to share this video of Yosemite Winter Wonders. It was a long time dream to visit Yosemite in the winter, we have visited Yosemite many times in the past but always in the summer and never with our camera gear. It is one of the prettiest national park in the USA if you ask me...especially in winter I would recommend it to everyone. Seeing the gorgeous landscapes covered in a pack of snow and ice it makes the place even more magical. We rented a condo in Yosemite west only 20min from the valley of Wawona rd. Every morning and evening we passed Tunnel view it didn't matter if it was cloudy,sunny or foggy the view was breathtaking every time. We were very lucky to have so much snow the locals told us it had been ten years ago they had that much snow. One day we were snowed in two feet of snow overnight and there were several trees down so we hiked around Yosemite west didn't see much since the roads had walls of snow but after a couple of climbs on the wall at the end of the day we discovered an amazing overlook such a reward to a perfect day considering being snowed in. The valley is an endless place of wonders naturalist John Muir called it “Incomparable Valley.” got to agree. Big difference in winter is that you see much more wildlife from all the times we been there in the past we only saw a squirrel and maybe a deer, this time we were lucky to see coyotes (to fast to film did take pictures) plenty of deer and most exited we saw bobcat and was able to make a shot of him. Also big difference In the winter the waterfalls have much more water and the natural ice sculptures are really impressive especially bridalveil fall since it hardly gets sunlight even when filming the spray of the fall turned to ice on our gear so had to keep eye on that.
