New enemy and other new stuff

Chambers: When a round begins, a 45 second timer will begin. After the 45 seconds are up Chambers will appear and start spinning around the player while dashing towards them every now and then. The chase will end after 28 seconds and she will reaper doing her attack again after every minute

There is now a new dash mechanic. If you don't have your dodge roll stamina all the way up but still have some, you will do a short dash the way your facing and will drain some of your stamina

Vaulting/climbable will now be blocked by Edgy Dave if used three times in a row, Edgy Dave will stop blocking them after 30 seconds. This is to prevent players abusing them
