Patch update. The 3 new villages are now added to the in-game map UI. I've circled the locations in the video thumbnail. The developer also added a reduction to animal aggro radius to 50% if you are crouched. That should help a little with hunting or escaping.
It's a short patch update. Should see 9.0 go live within the week.
