Solo forms are useful when you do not have a training partner but still want to go through the techniques and have a good workout.
This is the second solo form for the arming sword. It's a pretty cool looking sequence (in my opinion), and you can use it to learn cutting while stepping and turning.
The sequence is not a historical one. The footwork and the turns are fundamental and can be found in many classic martial arts, but the sword use is based on my personal fighting style, the Hard Style. That, of course, is based on the historical Cassani's military arming sword.
After going through the standard form in detail, I also show you how it can be done mirrored, meaning that the first turn is to the other direction. I recommend that you learn the mirrored version only after you have mastered the standard one.
