1. Umm Al Qura University.
Umm al-Qura University is a public university in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The university was established as the College of Sharia in 1949 during the reign of King Abdulaziz ibn Saud before being joined by new colleges and renamed as Umm al-Qura through a royal decree in 1981.
2. Jabal e Rahmat.
Jabal E Rahmat is a meeting place Adam A.S. and Maa Hawwa A.S. after they were put on the earth by Allah, Its a very nice place to visit its in the Arafat.
3. Arafat.
Maidan Arafat is a large plain where the most important ritual of Hajj takes place, known as the Day of Arafah. The Day of Arafah occurs on the 9th day of the Islamic month of Dhul-Hijjah. Pilgrims gather here for a day of prayer, supplication, and reflection. It is a pivotal moment of Hajj and is considered the climax of the pilgrimage. Hazrat Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam Farewell Sermon: The area is historically significant because it was here that the Hazrat Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam delivered his Farewell Sermon in the year 632 CE. The sermon is famous for its message of equality, justice, and the sanctity of life and property. Among its key points were the abolition of pre-Islamic practices, such as tribal vengeance, and the affirmation of the equality of all Muslims, regardless of their social or ethnic backgrounds.
4. Masjid Nimrah.
Masjid Nimrah is a spiritually significant place for Muslims, particularly on the Day of Arafah, when Allah is believed to forgive sins and accept the supplications of those who ask. Pilgrims gather here in the mosque to pray and reflect deeply on their lives, seeking forgiveness and mercy from Allah.
5.Muzdalfa.
Muzdalfa is a pivotal part of the Hajj pilgrimage, where pilgrims gather to rest, pray, reflect, and collect pebbles for the Ramy al-Jamarat ritual. Its significance lies in its spiritual importance, the simplicity of the experience, and the opportunity for pilgrims to connect deeply with Allah. The night spent at Muzdalifah symbolizes unity, equality, and the rejection of worldly distinctions. It is a moment of reflection before moving on to the next stages of the Hajj rituals in Mina.
6. Mina.
Mina is a crucial part of the Hajj pilgrimage, where pilgrims perform significant rituals such as Ramy al-Jamarat (stoning of the pillars), Qurbani (animal sacrifice), and the act of shaving or trimming hair. The area is deeply symbolic of the story of Prophet Ibrahim A.S. willingness to sacrifice his son in obedience to Allah. It also serves as a place of reflection, unity, and devotion for Muslims from around the world, with modern infrastructure helping manage the millions of pilgrims who gather there each year.
7.Cave Hira.
Cave Hira is one of the most sacred and historically significant sites in Islam, located on Jabal al-Noor near Mecca. It is where Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam received his first revelation from Angel Jibreel A.S, marking the beginning of his prophethood and the Islamic faith. The cave holds deep spiritual significance for Muslims, symbolizing the divine guidance that initiated the revelation of the Quran. Today, it remains a place of reflection, pilgrimage, and reverence, attracting visitors who seek to connect with the origins of their faith.
