Super Soft And Spongy Malai Cake Recipe
INGRIDIENTS
2 eggs
Vanilla 1 tsp
Beat for 1 mnt
Sugar 1/4 cup
Beat until foamy consistency
Oil 2 tbsp
Mix well
All purpose flour/maida 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Mix well
24 cm fry pan
Brush oil
place baking paper
pour batter
close the lid
Cook it on medium flame for 12-15 mins
Let it cool down
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Let it boil
Nuts 1 tbsp
Vannila /saffron pinch of
keep stirring
cook until reduce into half
let the malai cool down
prick the cake
remove the baking paper
pour malai
nuts on top
NOTE:1 CUP =250 ML
