Jimmy Buffett - Live from Austin City Limits 1983 [Complete Broadcast] [60FPS]

Jimmy Buffett live from Austin City Limits in 1983. Normally, whenever I upload a concert I just rip the dvd and that’s it. But this video, I needed to do something. It was pretty bad. So I actually restored a video.

First thing I did was use AI to increase the frame rate from 29.97 to 59.94. I then adjusted the video brightness, hue, and other color correction to remove any VHS color artifacts. After that I used DeBlock and DeNoise to remove any previous and new digital artifacts that come with multiple encodes. It was also upscale from 720x576 to 1440x1080.
