For the first time ever, Thundurus-Incarnate is now soloable. Unfortunately, Thundurus-I does not have any moves that hit hard enough for Kyurem-Black catch tanks to be viable. So hotswapping Kyurem-White would be optimal. In order to reach enough DPS to win this solo without any adventure effects, the boss needs to spam charge moves to get your own charge moves ready as frequently as possible and the Kyurems strictly need to be hotswapped with almost zero energy left. If a Kyurem is 2 Ice Fangs away from its next Ice Burn, it needs to finish its charge move cycle before hotswapping to the next one.
