Why it is considered Kinda canon:
Blaise still considers Dazai a friend and support him no matter what.Many people have made Blaise react negatively to Dazai's crimes,but the truth is that Blaise would be surprised or even shocked but he would not be disturbed,because of the fact that his mother is suspected of poisoning her husband.Blaise's mom canonically has had 7 husband,each dying and leaving a large inheritance to her.Many suspect she murdered them.He obviously disapproves and is disappointed that Dazai would abuse a person,but other then that he supports Dazai's wrongs.

The same can be said with Draco,his family is filled with death eaters,(murders,family that committed torture and genocide💀)
The rest of the characters would not support any of Dazai's wrongs.However,they still care about him(if that makes sense)

They do not talk to one another that mich, because canonically in the fic,they did not speak to one another when Dazai was gone(back at Yokohama)

The weasely twins acted (in the Romantic Soukoku part)that way because of the fact that canonically,they are overprotective of their sister, Ginny.In the books,she had dated some boys,which earned the wrath of the twins protective nature.Sense,in the fic,they consider Dazai their little brother,they would react the same way,if Ginny had a boyfriend.

The only reason it is considered Kinda canon,is because of the fact that I put one HC,which was Blaise knowing Spanish.I know he is Italian.But I like the idea that he knows Spanish,sense it is nearby his home country.(Also I just wanted to type a little of my native language)
