In pt1:    • Cleaning and Servicing the Turbo / Exhaust...   - of this video series I dismantled and cleaned the muffler box, exhaust elbow, turbo and checked the impeller and water pump pipes. I also replaced the water pump gasket and found a lot of calcium deposits inside the pipes.

In this video (pt2)    • Cleaning and Servicing the Oil Cooler on t...   I take apart and clean the oil cooler by removing the insert from the housing and flushing acid through the tubes.

In this video - pt3:    • Cleaning and Servicing the Heat Exchanger ...   I remove the heat exchanger/aftercooler insert, give it a clean and re-assemble everything back together.. with mixed results.

Note to self - count the oil seals coming off - and count the new ones going in!
