This is my story of running my first 200-mile race. I went through hypothermia, hyperthermia, dehydration, body electrolyte imbalance, sleep deprivation, extreme weathers, and muscle injury at the later part of the race. With the help of volunteers and other runners, I was able to keep myself together and push to the finish. But this is the hardest and the longest ultra I have done so far and my orginal plan was out of the window after the first 20 hours of the race.
