Still planning to do the Ladies' Cup, but waiting 'till I beat a copyright claim first. Anyways, I've always wanted to see a duel between these two at their best, and Jonouchi was never at his best any of the times he fought Kaiba in canon, since his arc wasn't over yet.
The characters' decks are not meant to be entirely accurate to the anime. Jonouchi's deck is similar to his end-of-series deck, but with some of the less-reliable cards removed, and a few of the newer Red-Eyes supports splashed in, and Kaiba's deck is my take on a complete version of his DSoD deck, but is missing a few cards. I also gave him the new LC Kaiba stuff. They don't have their legendary dragons, either, since they don't have those anymore in canon. Full card lists at the end of the video.
