Hey friends, this is episode 1 of a new YouTube series that will document my personal health and fitness journey in detail. My goal with this series is to prove to everyone that you can be super healthy and fit as a vegan! 💪🌱
My journey will be shared with full transparency and lots of data. I’ll share my DEXA (body composition) scans, blood tests, strength progress, and more.
I’ll share my highs and lows and everything in between. My goal is to educate and (hopefully) inspire you along your vegan health and fitness journey!
