Welcome to Day 32 of the 75 Hard YOGA Challenge!
Today we’re turning power into flight with an advanced arm-balance flow that builds strength, control, and awareness through every transition.
You’ll move through Crow, Flying Lizard, Side Crow, and even explore a fun transition into 8-Angle Pose (Astavakrasana) — one of my personal favorites.
This is a class for yogis who love to play with challenge.
It’s about training awareness first so that the lift and balance come naturally.
Every arm balance begins at your center; in the core, in the breath, and in the mind.
✨ Focus: Core Strength & Arm Balance Control
🔥 Peak Poses: Crow, Flying Lizard, Side Crow, 8-Angle Pose
⏱ Length: 45 minutes
🧠 Level: Intermediate → Advanced
