This is not an officially recognized category on any leaderboard, and if it was this is would probably be invalid because I did a door cancel, and I also switched to an older version of the mod mid-run. Regardless, this is the fastest time that I'm aware of.

Speedrun on the "Insane+" difficulty using the "Knightfall Overhaul" mod. Overall, once I got the hang of the new enemy pacing I didn't find the game to be that difficult... except for the Bane fight, which destroyed me.
