Today In Our Village, We Made Fresh Plum Jam With Love And Care.
We Used Deep Red Plums — Not Just Red From The Outside, But Naturally Rich In Color From The Inside Too. Instead Of Regular Sugar, We Chose Raw Sugar — A Traditional Sweetener Made From Sugarcane Juice, Known To Be A Healthier Option.
The Jam Was Slow-Cooked Over A Traditional Chulha (Wood Fire) For That Authentic Taste. We Added Fresh Lemon Juice To Naturally Enhance The Pectin Content And Help Thicken The Jam. To Deepen The Flavor, We Added A Few Cinnamon Sticks And A Pinch Of White Salt To Balance The Sweetness.
Once The Jam Was Ready, We Spread It Generously On Thick Slices Of Bread And Shared It With The Little Kids At The Special Children Trust School And The Elders At The Mental Health Trust Home In Our Village.
To Spread Love And Smiles, We Shared This Homemade Treat With Those Who Needed It Most. Their Happiness Made It All Truly Worthwhile. 😊❤️
