Chief Complaint: Generalized dystonia, genetically mutated dystonia (Upper body twisting making walking difficult, head pulled backward preventing posture maintenance, lower body twisting even in supine position making it impossible to straighten the body)
Secondary Complaints: Dysarthria (speech disorder), masticatory disorder (chewing difficulty), dysphagia (swallowing difficulty), sleep disturbance, anxiety attacks, trismus (limited mouth opening), temporomandibular joint pain, snoring, mouth breathing, dyspnea (breathing difficulty), posterior neck and shoulder pain, scoliosis, facial asymmetry, and 69 other TMD symptoms
