Leadership Lesson #8 with Eric Seidel, 78th President - United States Junior Chamber of Commerce

Bill Russell, 73rd President of the United States Junior Chamber, interviews Eric Seidel - the 78th President USJCC who actually served the longest in that seat - 18 months as the U.S. Junior Chamber transitioned to a calendar year.

Seidel was elected local president of the South Miami - Kendall Jaycees in 1987 and later became the 1993-1994 President of the Florida Jaycees where he led them to a #1 finish in the Parade of States.

He served as National Vice President before being elected in 1997 as the 78th President of the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce. He later served Junior Chamber International (JCI) as both General Legal Counsel and Treasurer.

Eric was elected as Mayor of Oldsmar, Florida in 2019 and served until 2022. He is currently on the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

He is Co-Owner, Co-Founder, President/CEO, Web-Est, LLC (International Software Company), a privately held Company, 2007-2023 with 25 employees. It was sold to an equity firm in 2023.

Seidel is also Co-Founder, President/CEO, eAutoclaims (Software/BPO), a Micro-cap Public Company, 1998-2006 with 140 Employees, He left in 2006 to start Web-Est.
