Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus is a famous book describing the differences between men and women.

Have you heard of it or read it?

Basically, it talks about the biological and social conditioning differences between men & women which allows for a better understanding of the sexes. And in theory, this is great for some basic understanding of how men & women operate in their daily life when it comes to social interaction between the genders.

But here's the thing, the book was written almost 30 years ago before the whole dating climate changed with the advent of the internet, social media, and smartphones.

While I appreciate the author's perceptions with respect to the differences between men and women, my focus as a coach is to draw attention to a very important SIMILARITY between the genders to help bring inclusion vs. divide.
