Best Dhaba of India | Amrik Sukhdev | Murthal

Hello everyone, so here I am continuing my food trail on the best dining places, this time at Murthal. This was indeed one of the nice experiences with Clean food, good quality food, and at the reasonable price. The name of the place is AMRIK SUKHDEV Dhaba. The famed eatery was founded by Sardar Prakash Singh in 1956 mainly to cater to the needs of truck drivers. Now it is being looked after by his sons Amrik Singh and Sukhdev Singh. The delicious meal of dal roti, sabzi and rice were served on charpais initially. Carrying on the legacy of their olden days, they bring back to you the richness of their food culture with heart-warming hospitality and classic decor. Amrik Sukhdev is located on the highway from eatery on the outskirts from Delhi to Amritsar that attracts over 1000 people per day. It has sufficient car parking space and it runs 24x7. Clients savour everything Indian, from makki di roti and sarson-da-saag to dal tadka. The eatery has succeeded by serving only vegetarian food cooked. Located on the busiest road in Haryana, Delhi - Amritsar national highway (NH1). Ambience of the place is good and the distinct cleanliness and discipline that make it an attraction for motorists along the highway. And its only 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from Delhi. Amrik Sukhdev is a major landmark on the GT Road, known far and wide for its matchless recipes, faultless service, and an ambiance to relax and rejuvenate. Located conveniently on NH-1, Amrik Sukhdev is just the kind of place to catch up with your family and friends for an exciting food excursion. A dhaba by heart and soul, Amrik Sukhdev presents a profound selection of its delicious desi and videshi dishes on the menu. Known for its “parathas” and soft and creamy butter with a cup of hot chai.
