'If he's serious': Prof says Marcos should certify priority bills as urgent | ANC

Dateline Philippines: UST Professor and Local Government Development Institute Director Dr. Froilan Calilung described President Bongbong Marcos Jr.'s recent directive to prioritize the anti-dynasty bill and other transparency measures as a "long overdue development."
However in an interview Wednesday (December 10), Calilung insisted that Marcos should have certified other bills as urgent instead if "he is really serious" in his fight against corruption.
