I need a nexus letter for an appeal of my Combat Related Special Compensation (CRSC) rating and I was curious if Dr. Ellis writes those for this type of issue.

I applied for schedule award; visited a physician that gave me a 0 % rating; he checked range of motion, Not sensory; I have numbness in my right leg from nerve impingement Spine injury requiring surgery; I asked to see a second opinion doctor OWCP sent me to 2 years ago; he documented the numbness in his exam but was not in 6th edition AMA format; I submitted an EMG that showed sensory conduction deficit in my appeal but again, I did not have it in AMA 6th edition format; Do you know of a physician in WV that you believe could handle this??

Can one retire from the usps and get their injury rating $ down the road or do they have to stay active until they get their rating?

I claimed hypertension secondary to OSA several months ago but "assumed" that it was presumptive and learned otherwise. I need a Nexus letter to refile and I'm looking at heart related (aorta) after that is established. Can you help with this?

Dr. Ellis, I'm at 10% and currently on hold for Back and PTSD. I know now I've done many things wrong on these appeals but I do now have a connect Nexus statement and Dr letter. If I am denied again, can you help me?

I am fulltime VA employee and need assistance with filing claim for PTSD/DEPRESSION. DIABETES and HTN (never had when I enlisited in 1995) . In 2020 got covid and was hospitalized for 4 to 6 months. I need help filing new claims.
