I have been really excited about Nvidia’s Project Digits (now DGX Spark) ever since I first heard about it – an AI computer on your desk! Let’s take a practical, no nonsense look at this machine and how it may, or may not, be useful for students, faculty, or anyone else who likes using LLMs. We’ll discuss the specs in normal people words and use cases, and I will tell you about how to reserve one and my frustrating yet hilarious experience reserving one.
