Tourists evacuated following earthquake near Russia | ABS-CBN News

Authorities assist in the evacuation of 60 surfers from a campsite in the Kamchatka Peninsula following a magnitude 8.8 earthquake on Wednesday morning, July 30, 2025, in this handout video released by the Russian Emergency Control Ministry (EMERCOM).

Kuril Islands District Mayor Alexander Ovsyannikov assured the public that “everyone” had been evacuated from the area following the tsunami that swept away buildings and caused flooding.
