Ortlieb uses various Quick-Lock systems, with QL1 probably being the most well traveled attachment system for panniers in the world.
There are now many iterations, including QL1, QL2.1, QL3.1 and QLS. They all allow single handed removal of the pannier, and make up some of the most secure attachment systems out there.
