A blue plaque was unveiled outside OMD's "office" Telephone Box, in Greenwood Road, Meols, Wirral earlier. Lead singer and bassist Andy McCluskey from the band unveiled the plaque with the help from Wirral Deputy Mayor, Cllr George Davies. In the late 1970s the box was used by the band to make calls to organise their early gigs and the number - 632 3003 - is a key feature of Red Frame/White Light lyrics.
