Atrium at the Curtis Center Wedding Event Video // Sarah + Michael // Moments Like This

As mentioned in their film, Sarah and Michael met while playing softball! Mutual friends invited them to play on a co-ed softball team and it was at that same couple’s bachelor and bachelorette parties later that they finally really had a chance to talk. They went out for drinks and pizza and stayed up all night talking. By their second date, they both knew that they were destined to marry!

Sarah and Michael got each got ready for their big day at their own family homes. They opted to not have a first look, but rather to save that special moment for the altar. Sarah was a beautiful bride wearing a strapless, belted ball gown with a lace bodice and a full, glittery tiered skirt. It was such a stunning gown and a perfect choice! She complimented her dress with a long veil worn on the back of her hair. Since Michael was a Staff Sergeant in the Marine Corps, he dressed in his dress blue uniform for this formal occasion. After exchanging heartfelt letters to each other, the two were ready to head to the church!

Their ceremony took place at Wayne Presbyterian Church. It was a wonderful, traditional ceremony… and their excitement after that first kiss was adorable! The service was followed by an Arch of Swords ceremony outside the church. As is customary, Sarah received her swat welcoming her into the military family!

Michael then changed into a stylish navy blue tuxedo for the photo shoot with M2 Photography at The Willows Park in Villanova, PA. The wedding party had a ton of fun during their photo shoot! Check out some of the amazing photos from the wedding day on M2 Photography’s blog!

We loved Beautiful Blooms’ bouquets filled with lush white flowers, green foliage, seed pods and burgundy succulents. They reflected both modern chic and romantic/wild characteristics perfectly. They filled the reception with vines and centerpieces overflowing with white blooms and trailing greenery. The bride and groom’s sweetheart table was even belted with a fresh green swag of leaves.

Speaking of the reception, Sarah and Michael’s glamorous affair was held at Cescaphe’s Atrium at the Curtis Center. It was the perfect blend of romance and ritz. Barcelona, from EBE Events & Entertainment, wowed the crowd and kept the party going strong all evening!
