Join me as I walk a winter loop along the Northumberland coast - starting at Druridge Bay beach, passing through Amble up to Warkworth, and then back via a stretch of St Oswald's way.
It's a grey a solemn walk. As I walk, I reflect on winter - how the shorter days and colder months can affect mood, energy and outlook, and how I've learned to live alongside the winter blues rather than fight them.
So join me as we explore this beautiful part of the country.
