Create a Secure OPCUA Server in Python with Simulated Variables and Username/Password Authentication

Welcome back to our OPC UA server series! In this video, we'll continue where we left off in the previous tutorial, where we created a basic OPC UA server in Python. But this time, we're taking it up a notch by adding security features to our server.

Not only will we cover how to create and simulate variables in our OPC UA server, but we'll also demonstrate how to make it secure by implementing username and password authentication. This means that when connecting to our OPC UA server using UA Expert software, you'll be prompted to enter a username and password that we'll define in our Python script.

By the end of this tutorial, you'll have a fully functional OPC UA server with added security measures, allowing you to protect your data and control access to your system.
