Green Chilly Paste= 1 tbsp
Salt= 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 2 tbsp
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi= 1 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder= 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves= 4 tbsp
FOR TH TADKA:
Clarified Butter= 1/2 cup
Cinnamon Stick= 1
Mace Flower= 1/2
Black Cardamom= 1
Green Cardamom= 3
Cloves= 4
Star Flower= 1
Bay Leaf= 1
Black Pepper= 12 seeds
Green Chilly= 3
Cumin Seeds= 1/2 tsp
