Unstable Mother FURIOUS Sister Became Emergency Guardian & Doesn’t Want Child To See Aunt Anymore!

Today, we have 16 hearings, including 12 family law & 4 minor guardianship hearings, in a case with a
couple where Mom and Dad have both been struggling with substance abuse issues and Mom’s sister
has had an emergency minor guardianship of their daughter.


Now, Mom and Dad have been getting their separate lives together, but Dad went to treatment and
Mom did not. Dad is first given custody of their daughter after the guardianship, while Mom starts
with supervised visitation.


As they work towards a more 50/50 parenting plan, Dad has some concerns about Mom and her
alcohol use and he’s stressed out by her vendetta against her sister, who wasn’t in favour of Mom
getting her custody back as soon as she did and now Mom is trying to keep her sister from babysitting
the child during Dad’s custody time.


Will Mom be able to get the 50/50 parenting plan and primary parent designation she so desperately
wants?
