Today we'll be taking a walk in Coronado Island, across the bay from Downtown San Diego. Technically connected to the mainland by the Silver Strand, it’s known for its beautiful beaches, naval facilities and a small town atmosphere. The sites we’ll visit will include Coronado Beaches, the Hotel del Coronado, Orange Avenue and the Ferry Landing. It was an exceptionally warm January afternoon. The beaches and the rest of the City were very busy, and there were plenty of interesting things to see! Be sure to tell me your favorite sights in the comments.
